Damn Good

A hard day at work. Found myself going to sleep early.

Woke up past midnight 1 am. Wide awake.

Tomorrow's weekend. Good.

The hot weather didn't relent during the night. The air-condition is extra comfy.

Turned on the computer. Moist my eyes.

Made a cup of tea. Nice.

Everyone's asleep. The night is still.

All is quiet. Apart from the air-conditioner, the clicking of my mouse and my keyboard, and my inner thoughts.

That's a good time. Peaceful. Damn good.

Mid Life Crisis - Who? Me?

I'm 40 something. Most during this age would fall into some kind of crisis called Mid Life Crisis. But not me.

I get to live until 128. Mid Life has another twenty-something years to arrive.

To throw a football that would land into the penalty area from the last quarter sideline would be a rare feat even for a grown up football player - male or female.

Although not for a 17-years old Brazilian players named Leah Lynn Gabriela Forutne.
